1. Are all products authentic?

Yes! All Popmart and other products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official overseas channels by Moonlight.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges after a transaction is completed.
Pre-order items and special orders also cannot be refunded.
(Except in rare cases of major non–factory defects.)

3. What are “official factory flaws”?

Small imperfections such as minor paint issues, tiny marks, uneven stitching, or slight box dents are common in Popmart products and are not considered defects.

4. How does pre-order work?

A non-refundable deposit is required for pre-orders.
Arrival time is usually 1–2 weeks after placing the order (may vary by series).
Price is locked at the time of order and will not follow market changes.

5. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer Canada-wide shipping.
Shipping fees are not included in product prices.

6. Where can I pick up my order?

Local pickup is available in:

Pickup time will be arranged individually via chat.

7. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
